Refund Policy

The 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with CLPX, email virat@clpx.video within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. You do not have to give a reason.

The guarantee applies once per customer, to the first payment on your account, on either a monthly or an annual plan.

After the 30 days

Payments made after the guarantee window are non-refundable, including renewals and the unused part of a billing period. This is because each clip we produce consumes transcription, analysis and rendering that we pay for at the moment you use it.

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically so your work is not interrupted. You will be reminded before an annual renewal. If a renewal catches you by surprise and you have not used the service in that new period, write to us — we would rather sort it out than argue about it.

When we refund beyond this policy

• We charged you twice for the same period, or charged an account you had already cancelled.
• A fault on our side stopped you using the service for a sustained period and we could not fix it.
• We closed your account without cause — we refund the unused part of your current period.

What is not refundable

• Periods in which you used the service, once the guarantee window has passed.
• Charges arising from a breach of our Acceptable Use Policy that led to an account being closed.
• Results. CLPX is a production tool and we do not promise views, followers or earnings.

How a refund is paid

Polar Software Inc. is the merchant of record for your purchase and processes refunds on our instruction. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer decides how quickly it appears, usually within five to ten business days.

Your local rights

CLPX is sold globally. If the consumer law where you live gives you a cancellation or refund right stronger than this policy — for example a statutory withdrawal period — that right applies and nothing here limits it.
